Return

If you wish to return an item, you must do so by post to the following address:

• The cost of postage for return is at the expense of the customer.
• Place the item(s) in the original packaging in which you received the order, and enclose a copy of the invoice. Close the box, seal it with tape and make sure the package is properly secured and closed.
• Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount corresponding to the returned item will be refunded* in the same way you made your purchase, without the value of postage. MGWAX has up to 14 days to return the amount.
• *Please note that an allowance paid into your bank account will always depend on your bank.

MGWAX reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased.
