SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping charges are applied per order. If you order more than one product per purchase, you will only pay for the postage once.

Orders will be processed after confirmation of payment with a lead time of 5 working days and stock availability check. Orders paid Friday after 2pm (GMT) will be processed the next business day. If any of the items ordered is unavailable, or if we need additional information, MGWAX will contact you through the e-mail informed in the registration. That is why it is always important to keep your registration updated.

For Portugal

Continental

• The shipping costs are free from orders over 30€.
• Delivery is made between 9am and 7pm on weekdays, and shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• The transit time of goods is 48h from the time of shipment

Azores and Madeira

• The shipping costs to the Islands are always paid
• Delivery is made between 9am and 7pm on weekdays, and shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• The transit time of the goods is 5 days from dispatch

For Peninsular Spain

• The shipping costs are free from orders over 40€.
• Delivery is made between 9am and 7pm on weekdays, and shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• The goods transit time is 72h from the time of shipment

Other EU Countries

• Although at the moment we do not ship outside the Iberian Peninsula through our online store, if you are interested in purchasing our products in countries of the European Union other than the Iberian Peninsula, just send us an email to lojaonline@mgwax.pt and together we will find a solution!

Countries outside the EU

• At the moment we do not ship to countries outside the European Union.

Attention: To receive the order it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. MGWAX has no scheduling service or appointment, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact.

In times of sales/black Friday/Christmas/stock structure we do not ensure these deadlines mentioned, and there may be delays.
