SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping charges are applied per order. If you order more than one product per purchase, you will only pay for the postage once.

Orders will be processed after confirmation of payment with a lead time of 5 working days and stock availability check. Orders paid Friday after 2pm (GMT) will be processed the next business day. If any of the items ordered is unavailable, or if we need additional information, MGWAX will contact you through the e-mail informed in the registration. That is why it is always important to keep your registration updated.

For Portugal

Continental

• Shipping is free for orders over 50€.
• Delivery is made between 9am and 7pm on weekdays, and shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• The transit time for goods is 48 hours from dispatch.

Azores and Madeira

• Shipping costs to the islands are always paid.
• Delivery is made between 9am and 7pm on weekdays, and shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• The transit time for goods is 5 days from dispatch.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of the order and will be borne by the end consumer. Shipping costs vary depending on the product ordered, in terms of size and/or weight.

For Peninsular Spain

• Shipping is free for orders over €75.
• Delivery is made between 9am and 7pm on weekdays, and shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays.
• The transit time for goods is 72 hours from dispatch.

Other EU and non-EU countries

• Although we don’t currently ship outside the Iberian Peninsula through our online store, if you are interested in purchasing our products in European Union countries other than the Iberian Peninsula, just send us an e-mail to [email protected] and together we’ll find a solution!

Attention: To receive the order it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. MGWAX has no scheduling service or appointment, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact.

During sales/Black Friday/Christmas/stock-outs we do not guarantee these deadlines and there may be delays.
